ज्यादातर सरकारी कंपनियों के शेयरों ने निवेशकों को लगाई है चपत

रेल विकास निगम (RVNL) का आईपीओ शुक्रवार से निवेश के लिए खुल गया है. शुक्रवार (आज) को ही दूसरी सरकारी कंपनी कंपनी MMTC का शेयर बीएसई और एनएसई पर सूचीबद्ध हो गया है. इस शेयर की लिस्टिंग अच्छी नहीं रही है.

बीते कुछ समय में अनेक सरकारी कंपनियों (PSU) ने शेयर बाजार पर दस्तक दी है. रेल विकास निगम के आईपीओ में निवेश को लेकर विश्लेषकों की राय बंटी है. कुछ लंबी अवधि के लिहाज से इस इश्यू में निवेश करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं. कुछ विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि निवेशकों को इस ऑफर से दूर रहना चाहिए.
दरअसल, विश्लेषक कई सरकारी कंपनियों के फीके प्रदर्शन से चिंतित हैं. बीते तीन सालों में ज्यादातर सरकारी कंपनियों के आईपीओ और ऑफर फॉर सेल (OFS) ने निवेशकों को निराश किया है.

शेयर बाजार में MSTC की कमजोर एंट्री, निवेशक निराश
अलॉय निर्माता कंपनी मिश्रा धातु निगम (मिधानी) ने मार्च 2018 में आईपीओ पेश किया था. लिस्टिंग के बाद इस शेयर ने 54 फीसदी का रिटर्न दिया है. दूसरा नाम NHPC का है, जिसने तीन साल पहले 21.8 रुपये की कीमत पर OFS पेश किया था. गुरुवार को यह शेयर 24.6 रुपये की कीमत पर बंद हुआ था.

Shares of IDBI Bank (up 3.59 per cent), Central Bank of India (up 3.00 per cent), Vijaya Bank (up 2.11 per cent) and Indian Bank (up 1.68 per cent) were trading higher.

Canara Bank (down 1.99 per cent), Bank of India (down 1.65 per cent), Union Bank of IndiaNSE -1.13 % (down 1.29 per cent) and Bank of Baroda (down 0.65 per cent) were trading with losses.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 14 points at 11,584 while the BSE Sensex was up 38.3 points at 38584.02. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 32 were trading in the green, while 18 were in the red.
